How do I use Legacy?
Mix 1/2 – 1 scoop in a shaker with 500 mL of cold water and shake well. To enhance the taste and flavour, try mixing your serve with less water.
Always assess your caffeine tolerance. Start with 1/2 scoop and work your way up to 1 scoop.
Can I take Legacy as my pre-workout?
Yes, get the most out of your workout by taking 1/2 – 1 scoop with water 15 – 30 minutes prior to your activity to allow time for the ingredients to absorb optimally.
Tolerance: Always assess your caffeine tolerance. Start with 1/2 a scoop and work your way up to 3/4 of a scoop. Once comfortable, increase to 1 scoop (1 serve).
Note: Some people may feel the effects of Legacy more than others. We suggest starting small and gradually working your way up to 1 scoop (1 serve).
